SHIPPING

• All U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately one week. Shipping times for international orders will vary based on the destination country.
• Preorders take about 4-5 weeks to get shipped!
• If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

 NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

• All purchases and sales are final. No returns or size changes after shipment. If you receive the wrong size or wrong product, we are more than happy to help. ElmiraEnkrateia is not responsible for any lost,unclaimed or damaged packages and recommend contacting USPS for more information. 

SHIPPING PROVIDER

• We are not responsible for shipping issues related to the shipping carrier.
• If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
